Purchased this frame as a gift for my wife's parents. Setup was straightforward and easy. Added an SD card, copied a selection of our own pics to it, and shipped it on to them. They simply plugged it in and it was working. Nice size for a desk or mantel. Good quality presentation. I would choose this same frame again if purchasing a second.
